Valsan Koorma Kolleri (b. 1953, Kannur, Kerala) works across assemblage and environmental sculpture, foregrounding process, material, and spatial intervention, where placement and construction are central to meaning. He studied at the College of Arts and Crafts, Chennai (1976), M.S. University, Baroda (1979), and École des Beaux-Arts, Paris (1986). His works, often crafted in copper wire, weave lost and found objects, each carrying its own history and memory, reassembled in new temporal and spatial contexts to create renewed meaning and value.
